Jr. / Sr. Developers
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understanding SRS / Design Docs
• Estimating own tasks
• Understanding of design documents and Analysis of existing small code units
• Writing programs as per well defined specs by using best programming Practices / tools for delivering tasks
• Peer Review
• Generation of Unit test scripts, Unit test cases, Unit test execution & bug fixing
• Understanding and adherence to QA Processes
Pre- Requisite:
Yrs of Experience: 2 yrs to 5 yrs
Technology: ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C# Winforms / Webforms SQL Server 2000
Technology: Java J2EE Websphere /Weblogic. Struts/ XML /XSL

System Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Requirement analysis, preparing SRS/Use cases
• Design (High and low level)
• Delivery of a Module
• Resolving technical issues of the team members
• Direct Technical Client Interaction
• Bridging gaps in requirements/scope
• Co- coordinating preparation of System and Integration test cases & reviewing the same
• Adherence to QA Process
Desirable:
• Designing using Rational XDE modeler / or familiarity with RUP (Rational Unified Process).
• Should have ideally worked in all the stages of a project SDLC
Pre- Requisite:
Yrs of Experience: 6 yrs to 8 yrs
Technology: .NET (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C# , Winforms) SQL Server 2000, Database design using tools, OOAD – Tier Design using Rational XDE
Technology: Java J2EE, Websphere, WSAD 5.1, Struts XML/XSL, Rational XDE, Database concepts (Oracle /DB2), UML

Project Leader
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Giving inputs on project plan (Schedule, risks, configuration)
• Reviewing all project artifacts which include SRS, design docs etc
• Contributes to delivering POC's (Proof of Concepts)
• Responsible for meeting delivery schedules of project
• Client Interaction
• Providing status tracking reports
• Initiating technical review meetings
• Collecting & monitoring of project metrics (effort, schedule & defect density)
• Presales activities
• Adherence to QA Process
• Team Management
Desirable:
• Good knowledge on data modeling
• Design experience using Rational XDE modeler
• Good work experience in all the stages of a project SDLC
• 1-2 years of experience in the role of project lead and should have managed a team of at least 5-7 people
Pre-Requisite:
Yrs of Experience: 8 yrs to 10 yrs
Technology: NET (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, Winforms) SQL Server 2000.
Good Team Leading exposure Client facing Excellent Communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Test Case Preparation as per defined requirements
• Create test cases, test procedures, and related testing documentation.
• Understanding and adherence of QA Processes
• Providing basic inputs to Test Plans depending upon the years of experience
• Create & execute Test Cases as per defined requirements which are simple/complex in nature
• Conducts tests and provides test case results.
• Review of test cases / scripts
• Defect Reporting
• Good knowledge in anyone automation tool
Desirable:
• Exposure to testing Retail applications.
• Experience in automation using Mercury tools (Quick Test Pro, Load Runner, Test Director).
• CMM Awareness – Level IV/V
Yrs of Experience: 2 yrs to 5 yrs

• Experience with an automation tool

• Maintaining Traceability matrix for requirements to test cases
• Guiding & mentoring team
• Adherence to QA processes
• CMM Awareness – level IV/V
Desirable:
• Should have worked on a Automation Tool (preferably QTP), Performance tool (preferably Load Runner) and Test Management tool (preferably Test Director).
